Another excellent installment. I add only that the Supreme Court this term may limit the current broad powers of the executive branch acting through federal agencies to regulate in a wide variety of industries and commercial situations in West Virginia v. EPA, and related cases. This case involves whether the EPA can regulate greenhouse gas emissions, but could serve to severely curtail the work of the agencies. Our fine host, J. Geocaris, may find it ironic that an majority arch-conservative court will possibly address his criticism of a bloated executive branch, while curtailing many policies which he may favor such as limiting harmful emissions.
